Getting started with Qumra

How do I start?

Create your account, then start setting up your store and adding your products. You do not need much technical experience to build your store.

Do I need a commercial registration?

Not necessarily. An individual merchant can start using Qumra without a commercial registration. We may ask for extra documents or information when you use certain services, or if the account needs further verification.

Do I need a tax card?

Not to create a store as an individual merchant. The requirements may differ when you enable some services, or when a higher level of verification is needed.

Creating the store

How do I create my store?

Once your account is created, follow the store setup steps, then add your store details, your products and the design that suits you.

Can I edit my store details?

Yes. You can edit your store details from the dashboard, within the features available on your account.

Can I add more than one product?

Yes. You can add and manage your products from the dashboard.

Products

What should I write in a product description?

Write clear, truthful information about the product, such as:

• The name.
• The price.
• The images.
• The description.
• The attributes.
• The quantity available.

The clearer the information, the better the customer's experience.

Can I sell any product?

The product has to be legal and permitted on Qumra. Some products and activities are prohibited for legal or security reasons.

Subscriptions and payment

How do I pay for my subscription?

You can use the payment methods available to you while subscribing.

Are my card details stored with Qumra?

Payments may be processed through an external payment provider, and the payment data is governed by the policies of the provider used.

What do I do if the amount was deducted and the service did not appear?

Contact support and we will review the transaction. If there was a technical error, we will help you resolve the problem or review the amount under the refund policy.

Refunds

Can I get my balance refunded?

An unused balance can be refunded on request within 14 days of the top-up date, under the refund policy.

How long does a refund take?

The request is reviewed within up to 3 business days, and once approved the amount may take up to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the payment method.

Account and security

I forgot my password — what do I do?

Use the password recovery option on the sign-in page and follow the steps.

I think someone else has accessed my account

Change your password immediately and contact Qumra support if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorisation.

Content and the store

Why was a product or a store suspended?

The reason may be a breach of the usage policy, or a problem related to security, fraud or intellectual property rights.

If you believe the decision is wrong, you can contact support and ask for it to be reviewed.

Can I appeal a suspension decision?

Yes. Send your appeal through the official support channel, explain the problem and attach any information that helps us review the case.

Artificial intelligence

Can I use artificial intelligence to write my product content?

Yes, if the feature is available on your account. Qumra's smart tools can help you with writing descriptions and marketing ideas, and with some other tasks.

We always recommend reviewing the content before publishing it.
