Refund Policy — Qumra
At Qumra, we make a point of keeping the terms of using our services clear and simple. If you have topped up your balance on the platform and none of that balance has been used in any transaction, you can request a refund under the following terms.
When can a refund be requested?
You can request a refund of an unused balance within 14 days of the top-up date.
The balance being refunded must not have been used in any transaction on the platform.
Refund processing fees
A processing fee may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the costs of the payment and transfer transactions. Any applicable fees are made clear before the payment is completed.
After the refund window ends
Once 14 days have passed from the top-up date, an unused balance can no longer be refunded under the standard refund policy.
How is the refund carried out?
Once a refund request is submitted, Qumra reviews it.
The request is reviewed within up to 3 business days.
If it is approved, the refund is carried out within up to 7 business days, and the actual time may vary depending on the bank or the payment service provider used.
A problem with a payment or a balance
If a technical problem caused an amount to be charged without you receiving the corresponding service or balance, you can contact Qumra support to have the case reviewed separately.
